Mallorca party renews push to restrict property purchases by non-residents
“They’ve flooded Europe with immigrants. What do you mean – that Europeans can’t buy property but immigrants can?”. The European Commission’s proposal focuses primarily on restricting the purchase of second homes, both by nationals and foreigners with Balearic residents within the restrictions
