Mallorca emergency services prepare for a ‘high-risk’ forest fire summer as 13 rage across Spain
. The head of the Forest Management Service, Joan Santana, emphasised the risk of major forest fires occurring in the Mediterranean region and underlined the importance of both the authorities and the public being prepared to deal with “increasingly extreme” situations
